MBE Foundry Services
Firefly Photonics provides advanced molecular beam epitaxy (MBE) growth services for III–V semiconductor heterostructures spanning near-, short-, mid-, and long-wave infrared (NIR, SWIR, MWIR, LWIR) applications on up to 4” wafers. Our expertise includes antimonide-based heterostructures fo SWIR/MWIR/LWIR emitters, detectors, as well as GaAs-based materials for NIR photonics and quantum photonic devices. We support custom epitaxial design, growth, and characterization, enabling rapid prototyping and transition to scalable manufacturing.
