Firefly Photonics was awarded a sub-contract on the SAMS (Superlattice LED Array – Multi-Spectral) Phase 3 Contract from the University of Iowa, with the Army Research Office being the sponsor. Firefly Photonics, LLC will produce a high efficiency large format two color infrared LED array for a thermal scene projector.
