Firefly Photonics was awarded a sub-contract on the EIRE (Efficient Infrared Emitters) Phase 3 Contract from the University of Iowa, with the Army Research Office being the sponsor. Firefly Photonics, LLC will produce a high efficiency megapixel infrared LED array for a thermal scene projector.
