Firefly Photonics, LLC is thrilled to have been named the 4^th place winner of the Iowa Innovation Challenge. The competition is organized by the University of Iowa’s John Pappajohn Entrepreneurial Center, University of Iowa’s Office of the Vice President for Research, University of Iowa Research Foundation and UI Ventures. The Challenge is a university-wide competition with the goal to identify, advance and support the most innovative and entrepreneurial projects on campus.

Awards:

• 1^st Place –  $25,000
• 2^nd Place – $15,000
• 3^rd Place – $10,000
• 4^th Place –   $5,000
• (2) Honorable Mentions – $2,500 each
• (10) Finalists advancing to pitch – $1,000
